Thank you for shopping with True Day Collective (“TDC”). We’re committed to making your shopping experience as seamless as possible from checkout to delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. During high-volume periods, holidays, promotions, product launches, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping carrier.

Because True Day Collective works with multiple fulfillment partners, items within the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages or on different dates.

Delivery dates displayed at checkout or provided through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

True Day Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, transportation interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

True Day Collective is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address or contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. Carriers may take approximately 24–72 hours to display tracking activity.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is primarily handled by that carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around your property and any secure delivery locations.

2. Confirm the shipping address on your order.

3. Check with household members, neighbors, front desk personnel, or property management when applicable.

4. Contact the shipping carrier regarding the delivery.

If you still need assistance, contact True Day Collective and we will make reasonable efforts to help you investigate the shipment.

True Day Collective cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge beyond what was disclosed at checkout.

Receiving only part of your order does not necessarily mean that an item is missing. Please review all available tracking information before contacting customer support.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays outside of True Day Collective’s control.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing shortly after they are submitted. We therefore cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations after an order has been placed.
